Ian Hutchinson – Chief Engagement Officer (CEO)

Ian Hutchinson (B.Bus, Grad.Dip.Psy, CSP) is Chief Engagement Officer & founder of Life by Design^® and one of Australia’s top thought leaders, having worked with organisations throughout Australasia, Europe and North America. Ian has tertiary qualifications in business management, psychology and has studied internationally in career development. In 2012, Ian was inducted into the Australian Professional Speakers Hall of Fame when he won the Educator Award of Excellence. He is author of “People Glue: Engagement & Retention Solutions That Stick!” and “52 Strategies to Work Life Balance”.

Megan Zentgraf – Director, Employee Engagement

A specialist in innovative employee engagement, Megan has worked internationally in talent management, including three years in Silicon Valley Recruitment, consulting to clients from IBM Global Services and Microsoft through to Deloittes.

Kathy Hulme – Engagement Strategist

Kathy manages all aspects of Life by Design’s programs and solutions such as our world-first employee engagement system meCentral.com. Kathy’s background in customer service makes her ideally suited to supporting all our clients’ needs.

Meg Sheppard – Engagement Strategist

Meg brings to Life by Design an employee engagement background gained across a diverse range of industries, including law, retail, events, publishing & hospitality.

Bradley Hook – Digital Strategist

Brad is an online expert with international experience producing unique, highly interactive web systems for our diverse client range.
