Pfizer’s HR Director Steve Rowe insightfully understood that self-responsibility of employees was the lynchpin in an intelligent employee activated engagement strategy as it helps reverse any ‘whinge entitlement’ culture.

Our Self-leadership approach of putting individuals back in control of their own engagement and motivation by giving them the thinking, systems and tools for personal responsibility was the key.

Life by Design rolled out a series of one day self-leadership programs re-branded “Discovery programs” for Pfizer and to sustain the implementation so that the programs were not just one off events, but rather a kick-start to an on-going process, meCentral.com was utilised as a pre and post system for all participants.
